Vicki is the Owner of Premier Tumbling & Dance. She has been involved in the Dance, Tumbling and Cheer industry since 1991. She has coached tumbling, dance and cheer teams on a Regional and National level. Vicki has managed recreational and competitive programs for various gyms and studios.
In addition to owning Premier Tumbling and Dance, she also created and directed the tumbling/gymnastic/cheer program for the City of Mason. Vicki has two daughters who have grown up in the dance and cheer world.
Attending teacher/owner workshops and conventions around the country has helped her build Premier Tumbling & Dance to the level of success it has reached and still climbing.
Vicki is USAG Safety certified and has outstanding credentials in Childhood Developmental Education and Movement.
Angie is one of the top choreographers and teachers of Premier Tumbling & Dance. Angie’s passion and love for all types of dance shines through in her enthusiasm, excitement and encouragement toward her students. She attended the University of Cincinnati and was a member the UC Dance team which holds four National Champion Titles, 3 Gold Medals/3 World Champion Titles and been placed among the nation's elite dance teams.
Angie has been tumbling and dancing since the age of 3. She is trained in all forms of dance such as ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, hip-hop and acro. Angie has traveled to many dance intensive workshops throughout the country. During these workshops she got the privilege of not only meeting, but dancing and learning from some of the top choreographers in the dance world today.
Angie is planning on continuing to travel and expand her dance experience as well as teach and choreograph for all the Premier Tumbling & Dance students.
Shannon is a graduate of Loveland High School and is attending the University of Cincinnati in the College of Business. She has been dancing, tumbling and cheering since the age of 3.
Shannon has been coaching tumbling, dance and competition teams since 2005. She has danced many styles of dance throughout her youth, high school and college years on a regional and national level.
Shannon continues to improve her knowledge of the most current choreography trends by attending workshops across the country.
Learning from the top choreographers in the dance world has given Shannon the opportunity to coach the students of Premier with all of the newest and most popular dance styles and routines.
In the past few years, Shannon has won choreography awards and produced many National titles for Premier.
Debbie resides in Batavia, Ohio and is a mother of 8. During her busy life, she has dedicated her time coaching various youth sports including gymnastics and tumbling.
She has been a coach for Premier Tumbling and Dance since 2005. Debbie is trained in all levels of tumbling and works especially well with the upper level tumblers.
Her background as an EMT is also a major benefit here at Premier. Her knowledge in injury prevention has proven to be a plus for the students she coaches.
Debbie has an awesome approach to teaching which strengthens the Premier programs.
After graduating high school, Cory attended Miami University of Ohio and majored in Exercise Science and Physiology in pursuit of a degree in Corporate Fitness. While studying at Miami, she was hired to teach cardio-aerobic classes on campus for the staff and students.
Shortly after college, Cory began teaching fitness classes and worked as a personal trainer at Bally’s and Paramount Fitness here in Cincinnati.
Cory is also a former Cincinnati Ben-Gal cheerleader. She is currently teaching cardio-fitness and weight training classes at Premier Tumbling and Dance and works alongside her husband in their own health and wellness company.
Both opportunities allow Cory to pursue her passion in the wellness industry and, most importantly, to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Cory resides in Goshen, Ohio with her husband and 6 children.
Laurie has been a member of the Premier Tumbling and Dance Staff since 2005. She directed the tumbling and gymnastics program at the Mason Community Center prior to joining the Premier family. She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. Laurie has been working with children since 1985 in various education and youth programs.
Laurie’s background in education is a great asset to Premier. Our youth programs continue to flourish as a result of Laurie’s educational background.
Laurie also owns and manages Cawood Flooring Company in Blue Ash Ohio with her husband Jeff.
Karla is a mother of two boys and resides in the Cincinnati area. Karla joined Premier Tumbling & Dance in 2010 after moving back to Cincinnati from Phoenix, Arizona.
During her 15 years in Arizona, she was involved in many facets of the tumbling, cheer and fitness industry. Karla was a tumbling and cheer instructor during this time at Desert Tumbling and directed many after school programs in the Arizona area. Karla has been a head instructor for NCA (National Cheer Association) since 1992 and Competition Coordinator since 2006.
Her background also includes a love for fitness as she is a fitness instructor teaching aerobics and boot camps for all ages. Karla’s certification as a back office medical assistant is also a positive for the students at Premier. Karla’s knowledge brings many talents, skills and ideas to Premier Tumbling and Dance.
John Litzler was raised just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio with his 3 siblings. Litzler received a B.F.A. in Dance with a concentration in jazz from Point Park University under the direction on Susan Stowe. While attending Point Park University, he appeared in works choreographed by Kiesha Lalama-White, Christopher Huggins, Kevin Iega Jeff, Gerald Arpino, and Trey McIntyre to name a few. Upon graduation, he accepted a company position with River North Dance Chicago where he performed and toured internationally for two years. During this time performing works by choreographers like Frank Chaves, Ivan Perez, and Adam Barruch. He spent the past year working as a professional dancer in Los Angeles, getting the opportunity to perform with artist Sia at Coachella. Outside of performing he has a passion for teaching and expanding his knowledge for the art. He is excited to be back in Cincinnati and to share with the students on a more regular basis.
Cody Szarko is a native of Toronto, Canada. He trained under the direction of Vlad at Vlads Dance Company in Richmond Hill Ontario. Furthering his artistic ability, he obtained his BFA in dance at Point Park University with a concentration in jazz. Upon completion of his degree, he was offered a contract with Visceral Dance Chicago, a contemporary dance company. Throughout his career, he has performed works by world renowned choreographers such as Ohad Naharin, Monica Cervantes, Alejandro Cerrudo, Robyn Mineko Williams, Sidra bell, and Banning Boudin. Recently, Cody relocated to Los Angeles, California, starting a new chapter in his life as a freelance dancer. He has performed and filmed with the band, Celtic thunder, as well in the Miss America Organization as a guest artist. When not performing, Cody flourishes in teaching movement across North America connecting body and mind through his movement language.
Rachel is a graduate of Mason High School and is attending NKU majoring in psychology. She has been tumbling since the age of 7 and been involved in cheer and dance. She has competed on a competitive level both regionally and nationally and has earned many National titles.

Cincinnati native Kelly MacCoy Noll began dancing at age three, and used the competition circuit to hone her technical and performance skills for many years. Kelly was a winner at twenty-eight consecutive regional championships and also holds three national titles. She was recently featured on t.v.'s "So You Think You Can Dance" for the second year in a row. Kelly received high praise from the judges, and was thrilled to have her Las Vegas wedding to street dancer Tyrell Noll showcased on the Final Callbacks episode. Kelly has taken master classes from many of the top names in the dance world, such as Travis Wall, Mia Michaels, Tyce Diorio, Stacey Tookey, and Mandy Moore. She credits Exhale's Artistic Directors Missy Lay Zimmer and Andrew Hubbard for training, teaching, and inspiring her to become "a true artist" who loves sharing her passion for dance. Kelly travels as a dance teacher and choreographer, and is a senior Soloist of Exhale Dance Tribe. "Let the Beauty of What you Love be what you Do"-Rumi Is the Key quote Kelly uses as a Dancer.
Arin Contra enjoys teaching all styles of dance. She started dancing at the age of 3 and has danced at several local studios including the Cincinnati Ballet. Arin has been teaching dance classes at other Cincinnati studios and Premier is excited to have her join our family. She has trained in all styles of dance , and is excited to to share her knowledge of dance with our students.
Andrea graduated from Mason High School and went on to Ohio University for College. She loves to travel and has lived abroad in Japan and Switzerland. Andrea has danced since the age of 3 and danced her way through high school. In high school and when time permitted in college, she taught at Premier. After college, she worked in the Administrative, Marketing and Finance fields but her love for dance and kids brought her back to work for Premier! She is trained in many styles of dance and is always exited to learn new methods, choreography and techniques to creatively teach.
Kendra started dancing with Premier at the age of 5. She was also a part of the Premier Competition Dance teams for 13 years. She danced all styles including ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, acro and hip hop. Kendra has also spent her dance career taking classes and learning choreography from some of the top choreographers in the dance world.
Kendra has been an assistant and instructor at Premier since the age of 12. She has since taught many classes in tumbling, jazz, ballet, hip hop and after school classes.
Kendra is a graduate of Little Miami High School. She will be attending The University of Cincinnati while continuing to teach classes at Premier. We are blessed to have Kendra working with the young kids of Premier as she is a great role model and LOVES working with all of the kids.
Brittany has been dancing since the age of three and has been has been a part of the Premier family since the age of 13. She started assisting classes at the age of 12 while dancing competitively for twelve years in all styles of dance. She was given the opportunity to be apart of the travel team at Premier her senior year of high school allowing her to learn from some of the best choreographers and dancers in the country.
Brittany is now a student at the University of Cincinnati studying early childhood education. She is very happy to continue teaching at Premier and loves sharing her passion of dance with kids of all ages.
Joey grew up in Fairfield, Ohio. He attended Fairfield High School where he played football and volleyball. After graduation, Joey attended the University of Cincinnati where he was a cheerleader his first year. Joey began coaching gymanstics/tumbling/cheerleading at the age of 19.
Joey graduated from Grand Canyon University where he received his Master's in Special Education. He is employed by Loveland City Schools as an Intervention Specialist and loves his job. He began coaching at Premier in 2008. His approach to coaching and his rapport with the kids is exceptional.
Joey lives in Loveland with his wife, Tara and they love being a part of this community. We love having Joey as a part of our Premier family.
Steve grew up in Kettering, Ohio and joined TWIGS at 5 years old. In second grade, he became the youngest member of the Acro and Tumbling team at Spring Valley Academy. He traveled and performed with the team until 6th grade.
He moved to California in 1986 where he became a part of the gymnastics team at Loma Linda Academy. He then went on to high school and participated on the team for the next four years. This is where he got his start at teaching gymanstics to fellow students and being a part of creating acro routines for the team.
Steve moved back to Ohio in 2013 with his wife and four children. They reside in Loveland and he quickly found Premier and rekindled his love for teaching in 2014. Steve brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience to the students of Premier. He is a valued employee and we love having him as a part of the Premier family.
